Similarly to MAN, BHX to BOD is showing on the FLYBE search engine from 26MAR17, but currently not able to select non-stop flights.

Could be something.
Could be part of the codeshare agreement they have with Air France.

Flybe have served Bordeaux from Birmingham for a while?

It's still fully bookable for me at 5x weekly from 26th March?

Ray that's between 60 and 63 return flights a day on a par or 1 or 2 above this summer which is good ...however they now have 2 daily Rotterdam slots they could fill....maybe new Irish routes ??

.....is that car park located near Southend OR Heathrow .....

Think it's 9 props and 4 jets....but somethings telling me if Rotterdam is replaced a 14th based is required...

Birmingham-Newquay will be 8x a week in summer 2017 twice on Sunday and then increase to 9x a week with the addition of a second Saturday flight in July and August every little helps.

To add to my post above there are several other increases from Flybe @ BHX in summer 2017 BOD now daily, NTE now 5 a week, BIQ now 3 weekly in peak summer and NOC daily May-Sept. Some very odd timings for some flights, so more changes to come I think.

Conformation that the Finnair code shares will be to Paris, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf and Berlin.

Finnair is extending its network throughout the United Kingdom with new codeshare services on Flybe flights between several European cities and the UK. Finnair’s codes will be added to the below Flybe services when a Finnair flight is also included in the booking.

Paris – Cardiff/Doncaster-Sheffield/Birmingham/Southampton
Düsseldorf – Birmingham
Düsseldorf – Birmingham/Southampton
Amsterdam – Birmingham/Southampton/Doncaster-Sheffield
Berlin – Birmingham

That's a lot of Finnair flight numbers for BHX for an airport that doesn't have a finnair route lol

It is a bit of a detour to go BHX-CDG/TXL-HEL? Surely they won't get many passengers doing BHX-CDG-HEL-Asia if that is the logic and Helsinki is not a large market as far as origin and destination traffic goes, so not sure of the point of this. Unless it is Finnair seeing how new UK markets could work, as they have previously said they wish to.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
