Great to see further expansion from FR. Nice to see NQY back at last too .

I was thinking along the lines of a W-leg but the timings on Saturdays suggest it’s a based aircraft as it’s an early morning flight.

I guess they will have it sorted one way or other. There is still some gaps in the schedule yet i beleive .

I could be wrong, but i thought that they could only operate with Irish reg as long as the destination was in the EU.
Flights within UK should be operated by UK reg aircraft.
Can someone clarify please?

Yep i believe that is the case.

Any idea when they expect the LPL-NQY route to be on sale? I've noticed that most other routes which have been announced for S24 have now been put on the booking system except the LPL-NQY route. Are Ryanair waiting on something to happen?

Route increases with the 5th based aircraft for Ryanair so far are:

Reus (REU): 4x weekly
Kaunas (KUN): 3x weekly
Lanzarote (ACE): 4x weekly
Tenerife (TFS): 6x weekly
Alicante (ALC): 10x weekly
Malaga (AGP): 11x weekly

Nobody even knows how Ryanair are going to be operating the route, some speculation on Ryanair UK, some speculation on an Edinburgh "W" rotation. Nobody really will know until Ryanair have made their minds up and put the route on sale. Should be soon as the later they leave it the less people will get time to book.

Welcome to site. All I can say, it must be soon, I've read the Knock route has had frequency reduced a bit to allow for the Newquay service. So sit tight can't be long off. Ryanair have confirmed 5 based aircraft for 2024.

Aeroroutes has confirmed the Newquay service to be operated by a Liverpool based aircraft, both 737-800s and 737 MAX 8s.

Corfu and Paphos are both to be served by 737-800s only.

it seems it might not be happening now as SeanM on twitter has said the planned Newquay route has been removed from slots.

I just wonder if it could potentially be operated by RUK, rather than RYR DAC.

Unfortunate news, was a bit of an odd route in the first place. Hopefully we get another route announcement to fill the slots, or several route increases, otherwise we will have aircraft sitting on the ground for periods next summer.

Hi, I was born and lived in B36 for a long time - Lindale Avenue, just around the corner from Hodge Hill Comp.
I just noticed your postcode on a post.

Do you still live in the area?

49 trips undertaken last year. First done this year which was to North Wales where surprisingly the only slippery surfaces were in Conwy with the castle and it's walls closed due to the ice.
