Meanwhile, another Chinese operator has been rumoured to start freighter operations to Birmingham in the UK.

Following an enquiry by The Loadstar today, a spokesperson for BHX said: “Air China Cargo is planning to run Beijing-Guangzhou-Birmingham services on a B777-F aircraft three times a week. We expect to see these in play this side of Christmas.”

Note that the article is dated 22 September 2023, so things could have changed since then.

I can't see that far forward in FR24. Do you have any idea of time or flight number?

First, the proposed flights were cancelled, then we are told Air China may be coming to BHX after all and now I read Air China are coming tomorrow ?

All very confusing.There was an article covered recently where a BHX spokesman said they expected Air China to start before XMAS..

BUT..

The article is dated 2 weeks BEFORE updates on here , stating the service was now to operate to STN.

The only good news is that I also cannot find in on the STN Flt Radar arrivals for tomorrow either..
