Hi there I am new to this forum, I am just wondering what TCX aircraft will be working to Antalya on Sunday? I'm not a big fan of 757's and I'm hoping that it will be an Airbus.

It looks as if it will be a b757 operating down to Antalya on Sunday. I aren't sure but I think it was operated by 757-300 G-JMAA so it will probably be operated by a 757-300 again this sunday

thanks, hopefully it won't be, how many Thomas Cook planes are based in Glasgow Airport and what type are they?

There is a 757-200 based there also. There is also a a330 that operates out of Glasgow but i don't think it is based at Glasgow. I thinks it Manchester based but i could be wrong.

Anyway I flew on a TCX 757-200 from Lanzarote - Manchester at christmas and they were a nice aircraft to fly on

I flew on a boeing 757-300 to Antalya and a 757-200 to Zakythos and I found that I hated the lack of leg room on the 300 but I thought that it was slightly better on a 200.

Yep i found that the 752 had alright legroom. I flew down on a a321 and this had similar legroom to the 757

if it ends up being a a330 what is the legroom like on them?

I aren't sure what the legroom is like on the a330. Maybe somebody else can help you with that

I doubt it will be the A330 as they now only have half the amount they did last year... so they will most likely be flying the Cancun/Florida routes ect out of Manchester or Gatwick.

Since it's easter I would bet on the 757-300 or the 767-300, I've seen the 767 used over easter on numerous occasions

What is not to love about the 757. An awesome machine. Never been on the 753 but the power:weight ratio on the 752 is frightening. They don't make em like that anymore! Enjoy your holiday.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
