something tells me that due to LBA having just the one based aircraft Ryanair are upto their crafty tricks and have thought "lets pull out of LBA totally inc operating non based aircraft from other airports, we have nothing to loose here, lets put LBA in a corner and try get a better deal out of them! But if we don't get a good deal we wont base aircraft at leeds but just operate non based units in. "

Normally the likes of MAN do sweetheart deals to include airports in their group to maximise their negotiating muscle so I'm not sure if this has been done with the triage of AMP owned airports.

Well if not they should. There are 3 airports of AMP's in the UK and so far Ryanair have only got flights to 2.
If you look at Newcastle and Luton, yes Ryanair pulling out would be a blow for both but they aren't as big at those compared to Leeds, at Newcastle they don't have a base. So the effect of a pull out could be that others like Easyjet and Wizzair fill the gap but at LBA thats unlikely to happen so they'll have more clout at LBA.

Good to see Ryanair's summer 2020 & winter 2020/21 schedule from Leeds/Bradford is now back on sale. Due to on-going COVID-19 situation the is a reduced flying schedule during the month of July with the full schedule resuming from August.

1x based aircraft for summer which includes flights to:
Dublin, Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Limoges, Pisa, Malta, Faro, Alicante, Malaga, Gerona, Ibiza & Palma

2x based aircraft for Winter which includes fights to:
Dublin, Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Riga, Bratislava, Alicante, Malaga & Tenerife

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
