Finally, and rather belatedly, here is my take on the load-factors for April. This is based on flights taken from FR24, seating configuration from Planespotters.net and the CAA data file tables 12.1 and 12.2

It's interesting to see the increase in the Singapore load-factor now that the flight only serves Manchester.

Thanks for posting the June figures, Scottie.

Anaemic passenger growth and a significant decline in freight. It will be interesting to see the percentage growth figures for other major UK airports in June - is it just Manchester that has had poor figures, or is it indicative of the UK economy in general?

I'm afraid that I'm rather behind with my various statistical reports, for which I apologize.

Please see below my take on the top 25 routes for April, by passenger numbers, and the top routes by percentage change.

I seem to remember that it was expected that June would be low for some reason or the other, with Bangladesh and Jordanian missing for a month and bit both making a reappearance and Kuwait and Qatar upgrading plus Indigo starting July should be up

Statistics for July have now been supplied by the airport and they are attached herewith. I also, out of interest, attach a copy of the movement summary sheet that I keep from my daily log and it's interesting (well to me) to see how relatively close the numbers are to those of the airport.
Finally, I have produced a comparison of airline percentage share of movements, which I hope you may also find of use.

Good to still see some growth albeit at smaller rate.
My 12m rolling figure is 55k less at 31,633,880

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
