Yes, Jerry, that’s correct. And I agree it would be unwise of Virgin’s PR department to draw attention to the closure of a route a - so we’ll see what comes with the summer schedule next year.I think it's that it will go onsale from the 25th June this summer.
Virgin Atlantic have revealed their new cabin for the A330 200s. Each aircraft will have 19 Upper Class seats and 35 Premium Economy seats, i can't find a number for the Economy Class cabin but I'd i guess it was around 180 to 200.

As far i know they still have plans to fit them with P/E. Whether they'll be able to fit all of them with P/E in time for Summer 2019 i don't know.Strange. I've just looked up MAN-BOS for Sep. next year and the 3 x weekly flights are showing no P/E available.
What's the status of the refits and have they changed their mind about P/E?
Oh, June showing P/E and now Sep. also for specific dates. The dates flexible option page I looked at for direct flights in Sep definitely showed P/E not available. Don't think it was me
I'd imagine that they would go to Heathrow first which will release the A330s for MAN and LGW plus i think they will be rolling out a new business class product on it and they will want to do that at Heathrow first.According to the Airliners.net website the first Virgin A350 is ready to leave / has left the factory, "1st Virgin A350-1041 rolled out from the FAL. To be delivered as G-VLUX ". As these are to be the replacements for the B747's it'll be interesting to see whether they float between LGW and MAN or whether they're based at one or the other
