Pleasure Beach Skyforce Ride

Went to Pleasure Beach in Blackpool on tues and went on the skyforce Red arrows ride,on the first go i could not get it to to spin round at all and didnt think much of it just going round.But had a second attemt later in the day when went quiet.We watched a video while in the queue till it was our turn,The ride started and gave it a go rocking from side to side and pushing one flap down at a time with my hands then held one flap down without Releasing. :s_omg i was spinning like crazy and did 22 spins till the ride stopped,.I would highly recommend this ride if you are ever visiting Blackpool.

There was a leader board for the world record for the most spins, and the record was 137 spins during the ride :s_crazy

I can ride roller coasters all day long but when it comes to anything that spins.....forget it!

22 is impressive though. How long does the ride last for?

Hi Ray about 4-5 minutes,it dosnt look that good when watching it but when youre on the ride its like you are flying onboard the Red arrows.You have to watch out to because when you straighten out again you sometimes end up being upside down.

I might give it a go if/when we go to Blackpool again. I haven't been there in years but used to enjoy being taken to see the lights when I was younger.
