You now have one good to see they’re expanding with new routes. Maybe one day Wizz UK might consider a LPL base.

Wizz Air to fly from Liverpool to Albania​

Wizz Air is to introduce three-times-weekly flights from Liverpool to Albania this winter.
Services from Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA) to Albanian capital Tirana will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from December 10.
The new route, Wizz’s third at the airport this year and 14th in total from LJLA, will make Liverpool the only UK airport outside of London to serve Tirana.
Paul Winfield, LJLA’s director of aviation development, said: “Throughout the pandemic we have worked closely with Wizz Air who have continued to explore new opportunities for services all across Europe and we are therefore delighted that Liverpool continues to be an important part of their future plans with further expansion of their popular services from here.
“As we continue to recover from the pandemic, we are pleased to be able to create more opportunities for passengers from across the north west and north Wales to travel to a growing number of European destinations with the added convenience of flying direct from Liverpool.”

Wizz Air's new Tirana service has changed its days of operations . It will now be Tues , Thurs and Sat. Similar departure time. Subsequently the route will begin a day earlier on 9 Dec 21.

I see Wizz are opening a base a Venice. It would be a good to see them reinstate this route which was dropped by Easyjet pre Covid. This hopefully is a possibility with them launching Rome later this year.

During Summer 2022 Liverpool should see 12 routes operating. This does not include Winter only routes.

Liverpool-Burgas route has been dropped.
