Posting guidance - Which thread....?

1. We are seeing a number of posts turning up in the wrong place. This might mean in the wrong thread or the wrong forum. This is probably partly down to the fact that we have different forums and sometimes the topics can touch on different neighbouring airports, this can invariably lead to a thread going off-topic and people from neighbouring airports miss out on taking part in the discussion they might otherwise enjoy.

2. Here a a quick guide to posting if you are mentioning another airport in a thread, such as comparisons with operations from other airports that could lead to the thread going off topic must be placed in the board wide Airline Forums or Aviation Industry Insiders - Behind the Scenes to enable members from the wider forum community to join in the discussion.

3. If you want to share something which is not relevant to your local airport please post into the relevant forum.

4. If your post is relevant to the whole forum community then it should only be posted in the wider forum. This is likely to be the Airline Forums or the Aviation Industry Insiders - Behind the Scenes where there are threads for handling agents and other notable discussions. You should not need to post in every airport forum.

5. Posting in individual airport Random threads ,these threads are meant for subjects not relating to aviation that people would like to discuss in a more casual format. Posts that are related to other airports or aviation interests should go in the relevant forum as detailed above.

6. Remember these rules are to ensure that members of the wider forum community can benefit from your post and in turn it allows other areas of the forum to continue to grow.

This thread is back open. Remember this for Random things Not associated with aviation. So that's who's winning the Pool League down the Pub. What you had for Last nights Take-Out. Some Shop that's opened at the end of your street. Something that wont fit into the any other thread on the Leeds pages. If it's related to aviation not associated with LBA then it sits somewhere else in the forum not here.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
