Not sure on dates but the Beluga has visited on many occasions.

Back in the 80/90's it used to be the actual destination of the guppies, and the wings were loaded at MAN.

Manchester has been taking in Dublin diverts over the past 24 hours.

Notable ones were a Ryanair B737 and an AA B757 (the latter will now depart tomorrow).

Rake fly B787 PH-TFL diverting in operating AMS-SFB.

Assuming tech as he was over Ireland at the time of diverting and is not using 7700.

Remember they're not Arkefly anymore, they're TUIFly Netherlands...it'll be so hard to remember that :D

Emirates A380 A6-EEJ operating EK9 DXB-LGW has diverted to MAN after 2 go around a at LGW.

A hefty crosswind expected today with winds of 170 gusting to 45 knots. Some interesting landings to say the least.

MAN was closed for a short time today due to a pothole in one runway and snow on the other.

The only casualties were the Finnair E190 which went to LPL, and a TOM B787 which went to EMA.

All others managed to get in, with a Lufthansa and TAP holding for quite a while before managing to land.

The American A332 to Philadelphia was towed over to the stands near Terminal 2 during my visit. Someone said it had a technical problem. I believe it's still at MAN...along with PIA 77L AP-BGY which didn't depart to JFK—has this aircraft gone tech as well??

May be weather related in the States as a number of East Coat airports appear to have snow.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
