I love the melody to this song, but find the lyrics a little disturbing. The singer looks like Tom Petty and sounds like Neil Diamond.

Mrs F and I are going into battle later to come up with the most 80's ist 80's song of the 80's. Not necessarily the best, but the most 80's ist 🤔

I have 4 of my 5 entries so far but need one more. I'm thinking either Berlin - Take My Breath Away, something from Simple Minds, The Bangles or Human League.

Any suggestions gladly received 🙂

Wiped the floor with Mrs F, especially after pulling out such classics as Eye of the Tiger 😁

Tomorrow night we're now have a 90's off where she will definitely come into her own as it's her era. We've/I've agreed that 'Wannabe' and 'Hit me Baby One More Time' are exempt as they're a bit too obvious but I admit that I'm struggling.

I'm kind of hoping that Mrs F doesn't have Wonderwall or Smells Like Teen Spirit (I know she won't as hers will be Take That and East 17) but I'm not confident.

Help me @thunderchild you're my only hope 😁
