A bit like everything else associated with Leeds I'll believe it when I see it. Looks nice though.

Have the council approved it? They were saying they have a 20,000 waiting list of season tickets.

If they can stay in the premier league and push towards the top for a consistent period of time, I can see the stadium wanting more than another 20,000 seats.

Looks very good though.

Latest figures suggest 27000 are now on the listing list so a 60000 stadium would be more appropriate. The problem is the South stand with little scope for redevelopment due to the close proximity of the road. The quoted figure are properly less than the club have on record as over the years a number of these people will have say passed away and others moved away from the area or moved abroad and would no long wish to take up their option.

Now you all know where my football loyalty lies but having watched LUFC last night on telly I thought that was about as complete a performance as you can get, especially allowing for the pressure. Certainly makes for an interesting last day with the trip to Plymouth. And even allowing for my loyalties I really do hope LUFC go on to clinch the title.

Let's hope Fleetwood also get one h**l of a beating on Saturday afternoon and then there can be a double WY celebration come teatime.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
