Resolved Media Gallery Thumbnail Problem

@Ashley.S. We seem to have a slight problem with the gallery as thumbnails aren't being generated with new uploads.

Thumbnails are working, as witnessed by my test album: https://forums4airports.com/media/albums/86/

I am running a rebuild of attachment and media thumbnails, this could take a while and might not fix the problem as It looks like this could be the reason why: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/thumbnail-not-showing.143986/

I shall investigate further when I have some spare time, if that's okay?

Media thumbnails should now be being rebuilt @Aviador as I have applied the patch and it looks like it has worked. Our cameras have too many megapixels available now

Thanks @Ashley.S. I couldn't agree more. There's really no need for so many pixels.
