According to FR24, B737-800 (A9C-ISA, BAH11) of the Bahrain Royal Flight is due at 14:46, direct from Cairo (CAI). I had seen this listed on Ian's site, but had assumed it was positioning from STN.

Just depends on parking at STN a few are moving to other places as did the Qatar 748 to Manchester so if space is available at BHX
why not move it as they did with the traffic that went GLA/PWK for the forum a few months ago

Also noted on FR24, is Gulfstream 450 (HZ-MS4C, MEDVC4C) due from Jeddah (JED) at 17:33.

This aircraft landed at Stansted as expected, at 12.21. However, it's arrival at BHX has just vanished from the FR24 schedule!. Possibly a no-show here.
