Sundair are operating Munich flights again tomorrow, and then out to Berlin. Anyone know what these are?

I believe they are charter flights for Audi transporting staff.

Emirates has a rule in which if a flight is diverted to a different airport, passengers are transported via coach, and plane has to go back to the hub

Its an interesting rule.

With two Heathrow A380's diverting the other day, thats over 700 passengers having to be squeezed into other flights.

With the aircraft having to repositioned back to Dubai anyway, would have thought they'd make use of the aircraft for those passengers.

The passengers that were due to fly out of Heathrow would still have to be rebooked onto other flights though as the aircraft that was meant to take them to Dubai was stuck in either Gatwick or Birmingham.

They were rebooked on the flights that were heading to Dubai after the specific flight that was diverted,along with getting a hotel in Dubai if they had a connection

FR24 is showing 2 inbound Sundair flights tomorrow. The first is an A319 (9A-BER, SDR69AF), which arrives from Bremen (BRE) at 18:32. No departure from BHX currently showing.
The second, is A320 (D-ASMR, SDR88JJ), from Munich (MUC) at 19:39. It departs to Berlin (BER) at 20:40 as SDR87NF.

I can certainly remember Emirates flights due in at BHX, diverting (usually north EDI/GLA/MAN) and positioning back to BHX a few hour later. Also, EK21 (DXB - MAN) diverted into LHR on 15 March and positioned to MAN later.

The diverts away from BHX that I referred to, were definitely weather related. I'm not sure about the MAN divert to LHR (possibly a medical emergency?).

I haven’t got any information about that specific divert, it may have been just a onboard issue or something.

Taken from the BHX movementsblog tommorows flights from Ireland are as follows, tomorrow being Gold Cup day at Cheltenham.

Ryanair have: Dublin -8 Including 3 extra flights
Shannon - 2 - 1 extra
Cork - 2 - 1 extra

Aer Lingus Dublin -

8 made up of seven A320 and 1 AT76 of Emerald.
3 of the A320s are extra flights combined Cheltenham and the rugby six nations.

Loganair EMB-145 (G-SAJO, LOG827) is due in from Bournemouth (BOH), at 13:40. I assume it's for Aston Villa's game against Bournemouth on Saturday. It then departs to LPL at 15:00 as LOG810P.
