They always delivered to our house when our luggage was mislaid but later turned up on those occasions at AMS I mentioned earlier. One of the instances involved half the CityHopper plane-load missing their luggage on arrival at BRS.I don't think my change of itinerary helped. It seems that my luggage will arrive on the flight I was originally scheduled on the 19.00 arrival. To be fair to them they will deliver it to me rather than me having to go back to MAN.
