Just noticed that SunExpress now seems to be the airline of choice for Thomas Cook holidays to Turkey which might go a long way towards explaining their meteoric growth.

I also believe this is unlikely to be the final Sun Express Schedule …but just rumours and a hunch so far. For example, Summer 23 had 3x weekly Imzir and I suspect there maybe a new route on the cards…

Sun Express was only 2 weekly in summer 2023 to Izmir, operated from 26 May to the 27th Oct, on Mondays & Fridays

See now I don’t if tui are operating Bodrum .If not then why can’t a Turkish airliner take over

Shocked by ur answer to be honest mate.Ryanair seem to expand in Turkey and I do debate to say that I think Bodrum would profit sun express and Birmingham or even corendon .

I don`t think Bodrum is on Sun Expresses due list at present infact no Turkish Airline operate to Bodrum from MAN either only British TUI, Easyjet and Jet2
