Brussels Airlines appears to be going summer seasonal given there are no flights on sale for NW24/25.

I find it interesting, that SAS and Brussels seem to be making cuts or reductions to EDI in winter, whereas at MAN and BHX, any cuts from these airlines have tended to be in the summer period.

Assuming that this is indeed just a seasonal thing, I would hazard a guess that these airlines rely more on inbound summer tourist traffic to EDI whereas from other uk airports, they rely more on outbound business traffic?

With thanks to the media team at Brussels Airlines and also F4A user @Planemad134 I can now say that the route will operate 3x week in winter.

Brussels Airlines informed me at the weekend that there was a delay updating GDS systems, and that the route was still going ahead.

I was doing a search for EDI-FRA flights this morning to compare frequencies at the start of S25 (no changes)

EDI-BRU is currently offered as part of a connecting itinerary for S25 and appears to be daily.

Appears to confirm the airlines statement to myself about delays with GDS systems
