Which part of Lufthansa operates BHX-FRA and BHX-MUC? Are the aircraft usually from the A320 family?

Lufhansa Cityline,or occasionally Air Dolomit E190s, visit on rotations to both FRA and MUC.
Is Cityline still the name for this part of the group,I am not entirely sure?

Many thanks. I think that Lufthansa CityLine and Air Dolomiti brands are still used. From what I've read today when checking the Lufthansa 'family' it's the Lufthansa Regional brand that is being phased out. Always pleased to be corrected by anyone who has a more intimate knowledge of the subject.

Here is a good fleet overview of the Lufthansa Group: https://sites.google.com/site/lhgroupfleet/

It's been recently reported that the various branches of Eurowings (incl germanwings) are looking to merge into one.

Lufthansa back from 15th June:

From June 15 Lufthansa Group will offer a total of 115 weekly connections from UK and Ireland airports, with newly announced route resumptions including:
  • Birmingham-Frankfurt (Lufthansa)
  • Dublin-Geneva (Swiss)
  • Edinburgh-Geneva (Edelweiss)
  • Heathrow-Munich (Lufthansa)
  • Heathrow-Vienna (Austrian)
  • Heathrow-Brussels (Brussels Airlines)
  • Manchester-Zurich (Swiss)
  • Manchester-Brussels (Brussels Airlines)

Lufthansa now showing the 2 daily Frankfurt flights being operated by the E190 until the end of August, when it should revert back to the A320 series.

Munich is showing as restarting from the 2nd August, one daily flight also on the E190 until the end of October
