Malta Air Boeing 737-800 9H-QBP has just departed from Dublin to soon make her first LBA visit in around forty minutes. This airframe made an original first LBA visit on 01 November 2016 when operated by Ryanair as EI-FOD.

Has jet2 no spare aircraft at LBA if one goes tech? Usually there is a spare backup, Still though good to see another jet2 A321 at LBA.

I believe delayed A21N deliveries, plus expansion, especially LTN has left them a bit thinner on the ground with back-ups this year.

Perhaps proves something about A21N's and LBA potential ops though! Unless it was an A21N or nothing? But even then surely they could have swapped a B738 and A21N at NAN, sending a B738 to LBA if using an A21N from LBA was that much of an issue. That said it ain't covering a long sector.
