That's actually the inbound Bucharest flight diverting into Liverpool due to our wet runway. Why have we got a Wizzair positioning in from Liverpool this afternoon?

Sorry, I'm confused. That flight is still inbound, over Europe. It's showing as due at LPL at 1732 so how do they know LBA will he a wet runway? Or have they been looking at the weather radar which shows a storm in the Leeds area around that time? That's actually the inbound Bucharest flight diverting into Liverpool due to our wet runway.
It is her first LBA visit, an interesting flight path up the North Sea from East Anglia, alongside Flamborough Head, crossed the coast north of Scarborough, and a scenic look at Fylingdales. It is landing at LBA without going to LPL and wears the Abu Dhabi livery (first visit?)
Probably avoiding thunderstorm activity that would normally have been in its routing from the Lincolnshire coast to LBA, particularly as 14 was the runway in use. Coming in from the NE was handy. It's posted elsewhere the flight was overbooked .Not sure how that makes a difference unless the extra pax were sitting in the wings. So it was full. That shouldn't stop it landing at LBA, wet or not. The outbound is also fully booked.
Maybe taking Leeds Rhinos to Perpignan they play SaturdayEastern E170 in from MAN at 17:05 T3 453. Not sure on the reason
