I have just tried to attach a photo to the forum after Brum Xs return to the forum after my new year break, however it is saying I have reached my maximum ;-(, so when does my 100 limit start again ?

Thanks

Without checking I think you are on the Platinum Membership.

Hi Alan, If you can recall, we have been searching for ways to reduce the amount of attachments everyone is using. To do this we have implemented limits based on a users subscription level. All users, registered or at any stage in the subscription bands have access to their own attachments where they can manage their own attachments.

You have a sizeable amount of unused gallery upload allowance so you could opt to upload there without impacting your attachments quota. Alternatively you could visit your attachments through your profile settings and remove old attachments you nolonger care for.

There might be a third option wich is purchasing a attachment bundle but I don't know if @Ashley.S. set this option up.

Let me know if any of that is any use to you, particularly as you are a valued member of the forum and a subscriber.

Thanks mate, I will have a play around and see what I can do.

Happy New Year ;-) and lets hope its a good one. First we need to batten down the hatches and get through this cold spell, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Milder weather on the way for next weekend ;-)

Hi @Brum X I can see you've uploaded 275 items, which now means unfortunately you've exceeded the platinum limit of 100 items. As a valued member of the community, I've upped your limit a bit, but in future, you'll either need to remove images through the new attachment manager or make a further donation and we'll manually up your limit.

Thanks :)

Thanks Ashley, I certainly need to clean out my attachments so I will make that a top priority ;-)

I will come back to you if I need any further help.

Thank you

;-)

I just noticed your postcode on a post.

Do you still live in the area?
