Although I've come back now I was on the Paphos flight with TUI a couple of weeks ago to take a Marella cruise around the Eastern Med. I'm planning a trip to Toronto next year with Westjet from CWL but not booked it yet.

Westjet to Toronto then Air Canada from Toronto to Montreal on a 787 and then KLM from Montreal to LeedsBradford.

Our daughter and son-in-law-to-be are coming in from AMS on Sunday. They actually live on the far side of the Netherlands, and KLM offer the facility of a free bus, but our travellers have found a cheapish and convenient hotel in Hooffdorp, right next to Schiphol, so they prefer to stay there and get the morning flight.
