T3 will be pretty much exclusive to Ryanair and Flybe come the end of the TP. May be one or 2 other small carriers such as Aurigny but everyone else will be in T2.

Obviously AA will move over especially, as that's where the USPBC will be.

Will there be any special arrangements for Flybe and BA for their domestic services?

Seems odd to move BA into what I had imagined would be a purely international terminal layout.

The upgrade to the A319 on the morning flight from March 25th seems to have reverted back to the E190.

Given I was reliably told the E190 off the MAN flight was going to open BHX, and subsequently BHX is now not happening, they must have decided the E190 was best put back on the MAN flight.

Shame, but it's not a decrease either given we have always had the E190 so can't grumble too much.

Yes, not the upgrade we were looking for but not a downgrade either. Perhaps we will continue to see upgrades to the evening flights. We received a mix of 320, 321 and 319 throughout August.

Finnair will operate the two daily weekday flights with A319 equipment from the beginning of the winter 2017 schedule. The flights on the weekend will still be operated with ERJ-190 aircraft.

Very good to see as we have seen ad-hoc upgrades and most Thursdays I think at the moment operate with mainline aircraft but a permanent change has been on the radar for a while. This has been scheduled before, though so I hope it materialises this time.

Finnair back to operating as E190 on the MAN flights, as opposed to the A319 it had been showing previously.

How do you know this E190 was for BHX, It could be used to any airport if became available again.
I don't know. Hence the question mark. But if you look further up this thread, you will see rumours about BHX beginning with the freed up E190, and, concerning the summer reversal, it was said above from User001 that the E190 was going to open up BHX. So, I don't know the E190 was going here, but it is a strong rumour and a possible circumstance.

It's been announced Finnair will add 2700 seats between December and March to Manchester.

Looking at the schedules, it seems Radom allocations but I can see a lot of A319, A320 and A321 usage.

I wonder how much of this is driven by O&D and how much is driven by onward connections to Asia.

Well, it's a rather late add of capacity for a legacy carrier to conduct, and I doubt lots of people have suddenly decided on taking Helsinki city breaks, so must be connection driven.

The article mentions some Lapland connectivity, but that's gone by Dec as its a pre Christmas activity, it doesn't count for the Jan-March capacity increases.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
