The EU is demanding that in the transitional period between March 2019 (when the UK is due to leave the EU) and December 2020 the status quo must remain, including free movement, adherence to all EU laws and to any new ones that might be enacted before and during the transitional period even though the UK would have had no say in them.Is free movement a prerequisite now?
Depending who you read or listen to the UK will oppose all or some of this.
