The trouble is, to the uninitiated general travelling public, it IS the airports fault and so they get the blame.Tell them your ideas on how to do betteras swissport do the ground handling. The problems are that they don’t have the adequate staff they need for the flights at present and whilst I appreciate that it’s not a good experience for the customer but the airport can’t take the blame for that when it’s not them that do the ground handling it’s swissport.
