BHX Movements and Heads Up

I've been catching up on Christmas days movements and he amount of long haul stood out to me with five, maybe not that many compared to the big boys but BHX used to be as quiet as a grave in days gone.

Tui a788 to Cancun and a789 to Bridgetown
Air India 788 to Amritsar
Emirates double daily 777 to Dubai and beyond.

Bridgetown interests me for two reasons firstly because P&O have 5,000 plus capacity ship operating from there starting mid January which will need filling so will BHX get additional flights (Matt995 might know) and secondly we are booked on it next December

A330-200 is showing on the TK1969 service tomorrow at 15:32. No other details currently available.

Yes. Not sure internally cargo/passenger. See also #2050.

The Maleth A332 operated previously to Phnom Pehnm on 15th November routing BHX - Phnom Pehnm -Tbilisi - Washington - BHX.

I've no idea what its up to but has been based at BHX for some months now, can't see it being anything to do with the RAF though as surely it would be Brize based.

As to basing of aircraft, I always thought Maleth was at Bournmouth.

They are based and headquartered at Luqua Malta hence aircraft registrations begin 9H-***

They do operate pretty much anywhere globally.

Looking at FR24 info, it is repeating the above routing. Currently at Tbilisi and departing to Washington later today MLT3011.
