Air India was 5 hours late departing last night? Could have been 4 depends on clock change. It arrived on time was it a technical fault?

The clocks changed officially at 02:00 to 01:00. FR24 gives the departure time of AI114 as 00:57, so still in GMT not BST. This gives a delay of 4hrs 27min.

Looking at FR24, it appears that there are several Lufthansa cancellations over the next couple of days (including Eurowings). MAN also seems to have cancellations. Looking at FRA arrivals on FR24, it seems the only other cancellations are German internal services. Anyone know why?

As far as I can tell, looking at the METAR from FR24, it was low visibility, showing around 1000m. Although no RVR was given.
