They have used MAN a few times in the past. Last year they used the Singapore A380. Yes there were a few teams on that A380 but the fact is Liverpool FC have used MAN in the past and clearly will continue to do so where required.Quoting LFC are once again using MAN suggests its a regular event. I dont follow football generally but from the info I read LFC use Liverpool Airport predominantly.
Again it depends on weight/distance the aircraft is flying. It would seem that a 77W flying about 6800 miles to SIN (Beijing for comparison is just over 5000 miles) with passengers, would need 3000 metres.If they fly from their home airport..There wouldn't be a problem equipment wise using Liverpool. A330s , 787 a A350s have all used Liverpool over recent times. Wide Bodies are not that un common. Indeed B777s and A330s were regular during the Pandemic period from China.
