I know Jet2 pwfu planes have been to E-Cube for breaking up, But I didn't know CaerDav had done work for Jet2 before.

I think it was back when the company was called Cardiff Aviation.I know Jet2 pwfu planes have been to E-Cube for breaking up, But I didn't know CaerDav had done work for Jet2 before.
The A220 is sadly going to ECube. I'd expect the TUI 737 is for maintenance.Airbus A220 from Egyptair and 737 from Tui arrived yesterday and today, respectively.
Not being broken up, surely?
Engine changes, maybe?
What a shame, the A220 is such a nice plane, and potentially a game-changer for skinny long haul, with its combination of range and fuel economy. Airbus must be sorry they took it on, with only a single engine option and controls which makes flying it completely different to the rest of their planes. The A220 is sadly going to ECube. It is a shame that it's not going to be flying again at such a young age. Not flown an A220 yet. Will though in January with Air France. Looking forward to seeing what it's like. What a shame, the A220 is such a nice plane, and potentially a game-changer for skinny long haul, with its combination of range and fuel economy. Pratt and Witney won't be enjoying the publicity, either.
I expect one of the ACMI wet-leasers will have the engines, do the necessary to get them up to scratch, and rent them out. I expect there'll be plenty of business putting them on what would otherwise be grounded A220s.
