The aircraft which is 44 years old, is operated by Brasil Vida Taxi Aero and departed Rio de Janeiro yesterday. It has made stops at Natal Augusto Savero Airport(Brazil), Praia(Cape Verde) and Tenerife/South.

I googled it myself yesterday, the majority of its fuselage is only 1ft or less off the ground

Ha ha, I also googled a photo of it yesterday, odd looking thing with the wings half way up the fuselage.

For those who don't know IAI stands for Israel Aerospace Industries.

I did have a joke to add here but it's so un PC that even I have refrained on this occasion

We must of all had a bit of free time then yest checking out the iai westwind haha but yes its a strange looking thing, it kinda looks like a turboprop even though its a jet, old school looks to it id say.

And we thought Jet2 had some old aircraft!

We must of all had a bit of free time then yest checking out the iai westwind haha but yes its a strange looking thing, it kinda looks like a turboprop even though its a jet, old school looks to it id say.

Its based on the Aero/Turbo/Jet commander.
