No reductions has to be taken as a positive. Also worth noting at an airline level TUI are getting stung by late deliveries from Boeing for 737-8’s and still no certification of 737-10 it has to be hard to plan any expansion at any bases.

48 weekly departures, 4 of which are non based. This is an increase of 1 weekly departure on Summer 2025 with Mallorca going from 6 to 7 weekly with the addition of a flight on Wednesdays.

It's a shame they didn't introduce a couple of new destinations, I would have thought they might have brought Malta back, it is good we managed to gain 1 flight, and there's a long time to go for some additions, if we are lucky enough.

Still plenty of time for any more but without a new based aircraft they're going to have to use non based either from the likes of Freebird or from other bases.

It seems like the amount of away based flights are steadily increasing and hopefully working towards that 4th aircraft. I do think we’re several years away from that mind. I did hear that the third aircraft will be from TUI next year onwards so they could have 3 TUI and one leased for the summer season. One can dream!

TUI will operate at least 9 weekly departures up to 15 weekly departures in April 2026 with 2 based aircraft. Fuerteventura isn't onsale yet.

Well during winter TUI have often just operated one departure per day.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday look like they require 2 aircraft. Friday also from March.
They could look to increase Lanzarote to 3 weekly and operate one full aircraft schedule on say Tuesdays. Only other possibility i could see them do is an Egypt flight but they've tried that before and keep dropping it.

That's a route they briefly tried before but it didn't last and it is a destination they only operate from Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Gatwick. Personally i'd have thought Sal would be a more likely destination.

Thank goodness TUI are looking at CWL for winter services, CWL has had very basic winter services for several years so anything extra is a bonus, perhaps some of the other airlines operating from CWL could follow TUI's example.
