I did a dummy booking for Orly a few minutes ago, for the 5th April, it came up as via Amsterdam with KLM. No mention of Eastern on the system.

I think it depends on Air France as the slots are theirs and if I remember correctly they were withdrawing from Orly.I’ve noticed there still no summer CWL to ORY on sale. The same applies to EMA and SOU. The last day they’re on sale is March 30th which I feel they’re missing a big sales opportunity with the Easter school holidays running into the first week of April. Has anyone heard if there’s doubt these routes will continue given the less than ideal pax numbers?
AF leaving ORY is to be completed by 2026 I believe - so a short while left yet.I think it depends on Air France as the slots are theirs and if I remember correctly they were withdrawing from Orly.
The airport is trying to get Air France to take it on from Paris CDG.I think there is a need for a Paris route, but who would be best fitting to pick it up?

Weren’t the Pax numbers from CWL fairly similar to SOU and EMA?According to SeanM1997 on X:
T3 are to move their EMA & SOU routes to CDG from 31 March
A kick in the teeth for CWL again!
Yep that is a bit isn't it but maybe CWL will be announced later? Can only hope.According to SeanM1997 on X:

Yep i'd be surprised if we see it back tbh.According to the below article the route will cease “in the short-term” - but I fear we’ve heard that excuse many times before…
Eastern Airways secures rare slots at Paris CDG
I think if they were serious about continuing it they wouldn’t be chopping it from Orly and keep it going until a slot at CDG becomes available. Loads were poor, but the route hardly got off to a good start with a load of cancellations. I also feel a base rate of £89 wasn’t the most attractive.Yep i'd be surprised if we see it back tbh.
The slots aren't theirs to be fair, they're Air France's.I think if they were serious about continuing it they wouldn’t be chopping it from Orly and keep it going until a slot at CDG becomes available.
