I would say to wait until official announcements are made before anyone starts to celebrate...err on the side of caution!
Indeed.
Lets not forget TUI are a holiday charter airline. They tend to release their holidays well in advance as opposed to scheduled airlines that release 6 months before. So any expansion will likely be due very soon.

More W patterns are likely to be the case than jumping straight into a 5th aircraft. Another aircraft will also pose the challenge of finding pilots willing to relocate, along with what will happen to them in the winter.
 
I think it would be very unlike TUI to add a 5th so soon after adding a 4th aircraft.

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
