I think Ryanair's EI-DHH has gone tech, FR7664 to Warsaw was operated by EI-EML with a 3+ hour delay after its duties to Tenerife
Believe so as the passengers were being offloaded from DHH earlier on after they boarded.

I also suspect G-JZHM may have gone tech this morning as LS223 to Tenerife was operated by G-DRTO off stand 21, and stand 7 wasn't used until nearly 10am, which I deduced G-JZHM must have been parked on overnight
Believe JZHM is at the hanger as I didn’t see it on the ramp. They were meant to send DRTB to Tenerife but swapped to DRTO last minute so went off of the remote stand. DRTB went to LPA. Think FR24 has been playing up the last few days showing the wrong aircraft operating flights and showing the same flights twice.

G-JZHT went tech whilst taxing to the runway operating the Arrecife so returned to stand and used G-GDFW to operate instead.

Thanks, I missed G-JZHT moving. I am aware of FR24s recent issues which do make tracking/predicting where aircraft are on the apron quite a bit more difficult. Honestly I work out where aircraft are on a mixture of FR24 and pure guesswork, some I just never quite know and have multiple options available

Yellow weather Warning for Snow & Ice has just been issued by the Met office valid from 19:00 tomorrow Thursday evening until 12:00 on Friday.

I think (my personal opinion) is that it was only a matter of time before Jet2 once again farmed out LBA deicing to a third party. Out of more than a dozen bases, LBA was something of an anomaly in this regard. At any given time, the need to deice aeroplanes could take up to six key personnel away from baggage handling, pushbacks and towing which placed a significant and quite unfair burden on those people who then had to manage without them. These were issues that the staff at other bases were fortunate not to have to face. It has been an exercise in 'levelling up', to quote a notorious phrase!

4 times one aircraft had to be de-iced.
By the time they’d finished the hold over time had expired so they had to go again!
In part due to the snow but also in part due to how much is being sprayed and how long that takes them.
Nearly 3500L of the stuff for me today. I’ve never in my life had more than 1500 sprayed and even that was pushing it.

Swissport are absolutely milking it.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
