Use this prefix for new threads for Manchester Airport

Saudia during Christmas and New Year period plans extra Jeddah – Manchester service, scheduled with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. Between 20DEC18 and 05JAN19, the Skyteam member will offer 4 extra flights from Manchester, 5 from Jeddah.

SV129 JED0600 – 0945MAN 789 01JAN19 – 05JAN19
SV128 MAN0945 – 1900JED 789 20DEC18 – 23DEC18

Previously reported on Airlineroute, the airline’s 5 weekly SV123/124 service will be operated by 2-class 413-seater 777-300ER, instead of 787-9, from 18DEC18 to 13JAN19.
 
Airlineroute dated 21st August shows Saudia as having suspended the Manchester-Jeddah route until Summer 2021.
 
Further update from Airlineroute dated 8th October:

Jeddah – Manchester Service cancelled in NW20

It must be said that this is not just Manchester alone but one of a whole wave of cities where routes have been cancelled.
 
Saudi Arabian have finally added flights beyond Christmas/Jan period.

They will restart 29 March, three weekly MAN-JED. A mix of 787 and 789:

29MAR .2...6. MAN JED 1515 2330 SV 124 789*C
31MAR ...4... MAN JED 1515 2330 SV 124 787*C

It seems to vary in days and aircraft but mostly 3 weekly all the way through to 29 Oct, end of northern Summer timetable.

Great to see these guys back, I would love to know more about the customer mix they bring to MAN.

A new 3 weekly evening flight on A321XLR joins the existing daily afternoon 787.

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
