Aircraft has a problem, still sat on apron.
In fact pilot has just said "The problem" was just getting all the passengers on board.
Alls well now and has a newplan for departure 1540.
Swissport strikes again. Perhaps it's the ex DSA, LBA hating employee doing their best to cause delay so they can then criticise LBA again!

Or perhaps it took that long for the easyjet PR to read the list of new destinations on offer soon. ( wishful thinking 🙂 )
Yes, hopefully it was a boarding delay caused by the need for crew photos at the bottom of the stairs with a few LBA folk, some balloons and a big cardboard cut-out Eiffel Tower. Not to mention all the new destinations on display that they're probably not doing.

Todays inbound was 2 minutes late, but the outbound is delayed again. Should have left 12:40 but still on the ground. Finally left 13:28.

I think so and I suspect Easyjet will be looking closely at performance. Im assuming Swissport could have a hand in this but could equally be other factors. Just intetested to see if a trend develops.

It appears that the LBA CDG service is indeed seasonal as flights finish end of Mar 25 and recommence at the end of Oct 25 (twice weekly Mon and Fri).
We knew they were ending in March but there was an expectation that if bookings were good enough the service would be extended to year-round. I suppose its good news that its back October though.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
