Forgive me for asking this question on a very 'in the know' thread but what is the current frequency of AI at BHX?
looking up on this thread, some loads seem superb whereas others are underwhelming such as 97 passengers (although I do understand this is low season for India).

Oh, so if they were to add a YYZ link, without adding amother schedule or a larger aircraft, it would tie down growth for BHX? I am hopeful that something will come off for BHX-YYZ, whether that is AC or AI, but simply looking back on this forum, in 2013/14 there was talk of this happening and there has been talk of AI at MAN for years. It depdends whether AI get their act together instead of launching routes that have significantly less o&d and no star alliance partner on the end cough cough MAD.

13 weekly will be:

7 weekly DEL-BHX-DEL
3 weekly DEL-BHX-YYZ
3 weekly YYZ-BHX-DEL

13 weekly at BHX overall

Oh my, that's some pretty meaty increase in capacity. What are the sources?! Dates?! Aircrafts?!

...I've just noticed ...is it still BHX-DEL-ATQ???

It still includes ATQ, in fact the BHX website arrivals lists Amritsar rather than Delhi.

Daily ATQ-DEL-BHX-DEL-ATQ
3x weekly DEL-BHX-YYZ
3x weekly YYZ-BHX-DEL

So daily to Amritsar, 10x weekly to Delhi and 3x weekly to Toronto. Not to shabby.

It's Ian's rumour so I'm not sure.

Going 13 weekly means 6 more flights and it would seem a little odd to add 6 more to the existing schedule rather than to go double daily.

With all the talk of Delhi to Toronto via Birmingham it makes the most sense for 3x weekly in each direction, similar to what we saw before. The schedule is speculation though.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
