Cracking pictures mate 👍

I'm sure that you've heard about the two attacks that have taken place within Sheldon Country Park recently where photographers have been violently mugged for their camera equipment? Without meaning to sound too patronising, please keep safe 🙂

Cheers Ray. Yeah, I went with my Dad and we were being very vigilant. Shame it has to be that way though.

I am looking forward to the longer days and warmer weather when I can go over the airport for the day with my camera. It can't come soon enough.

Hopefully spring is just around the corner 🤔

Another lockdown anti-boredom project has been to scan a lot of pictures from my collection of Air-Strip magazines to my Flickr account. They are from BHX/EMA/CVT/LTN with a few early ones from LGW and Manston.Mainly before I started spotting in 1974 and aircraft I didn`t see at the time. The quality is not good on some but the originals are only a couple of inches square and low quality on the magazines of the time.I have tried to credit the original photographers where possible but a few had no name,so if you recognize a picture as yours let me know. Also if anyone objects to their photos being displayed I will delete them as a lot are from current members!
Regards,Simon.

Big Jet TV gave the Antinov 225 special coverage this afternoon on YouTube on it's visit to Glasgow Prestwick. Worth a look.
