So that's just over £100 gross revenue (assuming all 3 paid the base fare). Im starting to worry about my trip in July!

Delayed outbound this morning by 1.25 hours.
Apparently, 3 pax on last night's Northbound.
Blimey, it would have been cheaper to put them in a taxi up to Leeds...Reading elsewhere it seems they don`t have enough aircraft and when any delay, anywhere occurs, as it often does in this industry, then knock on effects are the sad order of the day. 3 aircraft to run even this low network soon shows up the lack of resilience. I fancy any codeshare may well be some way off yet..They are operating a low capacity prop into the most expensive airport in the UK. Nightstopping the crew and at the same time nailing prices to the floor. Bonkers economics. But that would make sense though if protecting the slots was the end game...As always time will tell. I still wish them all the best and would dearly love the LBA-LHR route to work as its desperately needed. Bonne Chance.

Its early days but so far at least we arent seeing the point to point travellers. As was stated by a previous post, it took several months for the BA service to pick up after it launched but the difference is BA had the resources to sustain it over those first months. A badly performing route for a small airline could drag the whole business down.

Hi all.

Just a little bit of advice, I wouldn't be posting the passenger numbers publicly where everyone can see just now, because if our local gutter press picks up on them they will have a field day.

Bad publicly now could bring down the airline, never mind just the LBA-LHR route!

Posted on one of the many LBA Facebook pages is a quote that Flybe will be going on a very big advertising campaign shortly, so hopefully watch this space and we will see that Flybe logo everywhere soon..

although bear in mind the other two routes are AMS and BHD. BA will have no interest codesharing on those routes with BE - AMS they already have plenty of their own flights, and BHD they have their own flights + codeshares on EI.

purely from my own non-expert opinion on this, if I were BE I would be looking to do some star alliance codeshares on all three.

Definitely Star Alliance if BA isn't possible.

Hell will freeze over before BA codeshare on any of the Flybe routes into LHR. If they are looking at codeshares, it might be AF and KL as the latter is rumoured to have "an interest" in the wider scheme of things. For the LBA route in particular, the added value of such codeshares is pretty questionable given KL's presence in LBA and more widely in the UK regions.

Why won't BA codeshare with Flybe?

Why would they? It strengthens the business of an airline which is rivalling them on two of the three routes they fly at LHR (BHD and AMS). It is another codeshare relationship to manage based on little added value to BA. And more importantly where Flybe has already been out trying to sell its LHR presence to other airlines based on the value of LHR slots, it keeps this nonsense alive for longer.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
