Looks as if the four new Greek routes have been pushed back a month until May, which is understandable. Annoyingly it now seems like Jersey and Berlin have been pushed back until September.

Not a great start for the easyJet BHX base if that turns out to be the case. Maybe they're tweaking the schedule before they finally get the flights on sale.

Could be a number of dissapointed easyJetHolidays customers if they've sold holidays only to can the flights. Again not a good start for that brand in the Midlands.

Hoping just a temporary glitch in the booking system, but I think I'll steer clear of easyJet for my 2024 travel plans.

Greece is hit and miss in April so understandable.

Berlin/Jersey are disappointing though.

What's the point starting Jersey at the start of Autumn ? That sounds like a silly idea ?

Never heard of Skytanking ?

I just looked them up, looks like they bought Star Handling from Esken earlier this year in may. They are a Hamburg based company who primarily operate aircraft refuelling stations. Great to see a company that isn't Swissport operating at BHX!

This is an article about the sale of Star Handling to Skytanking:

This is the about page of Skytaking:

I wonder is the delayed Jersey and Berlin an indication of a delayed based 3rd aircraft or swap of routes and a 4th aircraft for September? Can't think of any other logical explanation 🤔

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
