I have to admit that the problems at Boeing have put a real spanner in the works for Ryanair, and us losing so many flights as a result is a real wrench.

Suggest you tell LBA management that then because I'm simply reporting what they told the airport Consultative committee.
Might I also suggest that if there is no 737 800 available to operate from Leeds then it's likely there'll be no flight deck crew here either!

Boeing originally expected 57 Max to be delivered in time for the originally published Summer peak schedules, now they will only receive 40 resulting in the cuts we’re seeing all over their network.

Unless aircraft have left the fleet, the late arrival of new aircraft should not stop them operating the present schedule. When it gets to peak summer, the extra flights could be canned but there should be no need to cancel services as early as May.
I am no aircraft utilisation planner by any means, I have used pure logic. If another airport is affected by late delivery, then their flights should be cancelled.

The Monday Malaga, Gdańsk & Wednesday Girona flights which have been cancelled during June & July were not due to operated by either LBA based Ryanair crews or aircraft. They were all due to be operated from the other end.

The LBA programme for 3 based aircraft (1x B738 & 2x B7M8) remains intact from June 1st onwards.

Just boarded todays flight from Bratislava. 183 pax, should have been 185 but 2 denied boarding. Good numbers. I would say, rough guess around 50pc non British. Chap next to me and his friends were from St Helens, apparently much cheaper to fly from Leeds than Manchester.
