Yes you can. As a Villa fan i said weeks ago that Blues won't go down and they won't. Perhaps this time your
awful owners will make the right decisions to make sure they're not in this season's position again. I wouldn't
bet any money on it though!!

The only right decision they current owners can make is to push off and that's as nice as I can put it.

My oldest lad just turned up with tickets for RIAT 2018 for me and his brother and him , so looking forward to a amazing day out .

That's a great present (y)

I've just mentioned this to my wife and kids as I'm lucky if they bring me home a Cadbury's Creme Egg

I hadn't realised that Brum had a lake like that. Wonderful!

I'm sure you've heard that we have more canals than Venice but I bet you didn't believe they were that spectacular?

I shall have to visit with sunsets like that. Is Villa Park just behind the camera? I'm trying to get my bearings.

Villa Park is always behind the camera :cautious:

We have Edgbaston reservoir front and centre, Bullring to the left and Balti Triangle to the right.

I believe that the Commonwealth Village will be in the foreground with demo to start soon.

BrumX will be over the moon. Or he would be if he was a football fan as I believe that expression is restricted to followers of the association code. Anyway, do enjoy the romanticism of the occasion and perhaps a second bottle might be called for, or a third if you're already on the second. I will bid you a pleasant good evening as you enjoy the soft lights reflecting from the Bullring.

These days all Blues,Villa and Albion fans have all got bird flu otherwise known in football parlance "sick as parrots " believe it is spreading to the Ashton Gate area also possibly Leeds but Cardiff is unaffected.

For the past few weeks Cardiff have looked certs for automatic promotion along with Wolves but in recent weeks they have had a couple of wobbles leaving Fulham (they, like Millwall, are unbeaten in about 17-18 matches) only two points behind them although having played a game more.

Cardiff play at Villa next (those cameras again!) and if the home team wins and Fulham win their next match that would put the London club above Cardiff. Perhaps the law of averages will intervene though because Fulham can't keep on not losing matches, or can they?

Birmingham Blues as opposed to Cardiff Bluebirds come to the Robins' nest on Tuesday evening and will find they are playing a side whose confidence is shot to pieces. They have not managed one shot on target in their last two league matches and the chief coach all but admitted yesterday that he is at a loss to know what to do next. Red BCFC can play neat football in midfield, they had 60% of possession at Millwall yesterday, yet the whole side has been infected with an unpleasant complaint that prevents them guiding the football towards the white framework that is attached to a net.

I am Going to keep shouting for them: great results for tne Mighty Moors yesterday. Away win at Hartlepool and Barrow losing. So at long last the Moors have clawed their way out of the relegation zone. Looked dead and buried at Christmas. Manager Mark Yates for a star on Broad Street...or at least Mell Square. Great stuff.

I understand that as tradition has it, Birmingham is going to feature large in the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony and that there will be a reception in the city for the English competitors.

Anyone know whether BHX is involved at all? Will we see a few planeloads locally?

The Major of Gold Coast has stressed that Birmingham must capitalise on the Games economically....over the next 4 years it is a no brainer for investors. Just hope that the normally 'suck it see' attitude of the city will be dropped in favour of feverish promo and glad handing.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
