Excellent video, if only the handover ceremony had been on the same level

Is it too early to get excited?

Yeah I will watch it but if the moors are getting trashed I will listen to the wolves game always listening or watching midland teams as otherwise Glory Hunters or big teams I don't really care who wins. On a side note just checked something out one of them linesman teaches me at school a teacher who knows him said he was linesman tonight so if he gets a descion wrong I will make it clear although he doesn't know I know he is a linesmanSolihull Moors play in the FACup second round tonight against Blackpool one of the competitions most famous teams. Wouldn't it be great if they get through and then end up playing at either St Andrews or Villa Park ?
The game is on the Beeb, about time they had something decent on strictly come whatsit doesn't count.
Just informed Mrs F of a change of plans for the evening.
I was going to cook something nice but that now falls upon her, I'll cook tomorrow![]()
Mr Finkle this won't do do you need to change your ways in these days of equal rights surely you can help your wife by suggesting she pops down the chippie and while out gets a few cans in?
I've always liked this Pogues/Kirsty MacColl track. Sadly, Kirsty MacColl is no longer with us having been killed in a collision with a powerboat whilst diving with her teenage sons in Mexico. The circumstances have long been disputed. Our tree is up, the smell of mulled wine fills the air and Fairy tale of New York is blaring out.
It's definitely beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Finkle Towers
Does anyone know the reg of the Air India dreamliner that hit the building? Sorry if this has already been mentioned
VT-ANE was the aircraft
So many of these airines are no more. It shows yet again how insecure the airline industry can be with airlines coming and going at regular intervals. Nothing seems to have changed much these days either. Perhaps the difference then was that the low cost airline industry was in its infancy and the majority of flights to somewhere like Tenerife were by charter aircraft, hence the variety of airlines and aircraft.I've just been watching a clip of Tenerife from back in 1998. There are quite a few airlines and aircraft types that bring memories flooding back, we just don't see that kind of variety anymore
I flew Spanair to Tenerife in the late 90's but can't remember if it was 97 or 98
There was an Air India B787 that ran into a building at Stockholm Arlanda airport on 28 Nov. Hopefully, nothing else has occurred.Did I read correctly that an aircraft had an unfortunate encounter at BHX?
I appear seriously unaware of any incident via our beloved broadcast media though perhaps it is because I am currently drugged up for medical reasons !
To read that Air India are involved worries me greatly given their recent troubles with indiscipline on the flight deck!
I hope I have got it wrong but can someone enlighten me please?
The mighty moors if they beat Blackpool will face Arsenal at Home in the FA Cup 3rd Round
