I remember something similar to Candy Whistles, but without the plastic 'whistle'. The whole sweet was made out of some sugary compound.

Chocolate Limes? Mmmmm, I'd go out and buy a bagful tomorrow (are they still available?).

As for Walnut Whips, I swear that the original ones also had a walnut at the base of the whip inside the chocolate coating. Honestly, I swear!

I can remember some walnut whips having an extra walnut at the Base. As it didn't happen very often I put it down to an error in manufacturing. Much preferred the coffee flavour ones.

I used to love eating those, especially the chocolate cigars. I think they got banned in the end as it was thought to encourage children to start smoking. It never had that effect on me.

Certainly remember the ciggies . Ones with the pink ends were better than the red

I'd spend hours building it all up; the conservatory looked like a small version of Legoland. I also had a petrol station/multi storey car park and road pieces linking them all together. It was quite impressive.

Took the family to the Monday buffet at Jilabi this evening. What should the waiter bring out for the kids whilst we were having coffee? Three small bowls, one with Jelly Beans, one with Mint Imperials and the other with UFO's 🙂
