Re: Night flights, nobody has mentioned Cargo flights ?

Must be a nightmare for internatiional airlines to comply with airports that have lots of restrictions so this may be to allow a cargo operator to be more flexible and hence the wording around "brings far reaching benefits to the Midlands economy" ?
