Of what I can see it’s only Naples ( mon am and Fri pm ) dropped so if nothing else changes there be no reason to reduce aircraft based. However my gut feeling is that I can’t see why they would drop Naples particularly as it hasn’t been dropped from any where else and it has very little competition - it may make a reappearance

I mean for S25 without NAP, SSH, HRG. unless they will appear in time or add frequencies to existing routes.

I would expect it would be too increase frequency on another route or operate a non based flight with a based aircraft instead.

It appears that aircraft no 6 will not be arriving to Brs till early July resulting in some routes reducing in frequency in May and June - skiathos , bourgas , Corfu , Zante among others whilst others such as Boa Vista will not start till July .

Was it 6 based from May this summer? If so, I wonder where/what that aircraft is doing May and June; unless the 6th based is going to be sub leased?

Was 5 plus part based 787. No based 787 and originally 6 based 737 for summer 24.

TUI at BRS - Peak-summer 2024
TUI will have 6x based 737-8 MAX based at BRS in peak-summer 2024.
They will operate 79x flights per week using based aircraft and in addition 1x flight will operate to AYT by a Turkish operator (Freebird?).
This is an increase of 9x flights per week from 2023.

Summary
- New route to BVC (1x weekly)
- Extra weekly flights to CFU, EFL, HER, KGS, RAK, IBZ, AYT, DLM (2) and PMI (3).
- Loss of routes to CUN (1x weekly), MLB (1x weekly), NBE (1x weekly) and NAP (2x weekly).

Further cutbacks for summer 24 - Reus , skiathos , Marrakech , fuerteventura , Ibiza , Zante all lose one frequency. Doesn’t look like we will have six based this summer now

seem to have removed 1 aircraft on a Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and 1/2 an aircraft on Thursday, Kefalonia has also gone on a Tuesday

East Midlands, Newcastle and Glasgow all see to gain a Max8

BRS has seen huge growth over the years, but is this a sign that there is a limit to that growth for package holidays/sun destinations?

The positive thing is that no routes have been dropped , merely frequencies have been reduced. However overall for the airport frequencies for most routes are increasing thanks largely to easyjet and Ryanair this summer. I don’t think this is still a complete schedule somehow - seems strange to have 5 some days and six others.

Not sure what is going on but summer 25 looks like drastic cuts are in store with Boa Vista dropped and Antalya and many Greek flights reduced

Wonder if Exeter extra based aircraft is coming from Bristol?

From what I can see so far

BVC - from 1x to none
HER - from 4x to 3x
KGS - from 4x to 3x
TFS - from 3x to 2x
AYT - from 4x to 1x
DLM - from 5x to 4x

I’m sure this happened before and routes were then put back on sale, something to keep an eye on

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
