It could be that it is specifically for the "Holidays" section that they are wanting to grow.

Easyjet now have flights loaded throughout next year for Malta, Marrakesh, Prague and Derry

Increases for Dalaman X5, Bodrum x 4 , Enfidha x5, Kos x 2, Paris will remain 5 per week and not reduce during the summer as previously

With the flight increases for next year, this will mean 8 aircraft.

On a Monday in peak summer, 9x aircraft are required (3x A319s, 6x A320s) for the schedule, although there are plenty of gaps and with some adjustments 8x aircraft looks likely. Either way, the finished schedule is not here yet!

I think there could be still some developments yet, the timetable for 2025 requires 9 or even 10 aircraft at times. This is what I've been told by those who look into schedules.

As per AvBench Report, EasyJet maintains a strong presence across key European routes, with notable market share in several high-traffic connections.

The EasyJet top busiest routes, Belfast–London, commands a dominant 75% market share, demonstrating EasyJet’s strong foothold in this market.

Amsterdam–London follows closely, with a 56% market share and a notable 4.6% increase over the last three years, reflecting steady growth in demand.

However, not all routes have experienced growth. Edinburgh–London saw a decline of 4.8% over three years and 0.6% in the last 12 months, suggesting competitive pressures or strategic adjustments.

Similarly, Glasgow–London reported a 1.9% drop over three years and a further 2.2% decrease in the last year, pointing to weakening demand or shifting market conditions.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
