Well after a few weeks of constant delays and the odd cancellation the Smart Lynx A320 has been shipped out to EMA tonight, what fills the gap I am not sure as they need 4 aircraft to cover the routes but currently only have 3 737’s based at DSA
I don't think that blaming everybody else is going to wash even though that, in essence, is what he is doing. TUI's right hand doesn't know (or cares) what its left hand is doing the majority of the time. From my experience of them they are the worst organised travel firm I have had the displeasure of dealing with so my recommendation to anyone thinking about booking with them is to think very hard before doing so. It is better than moaning afterwards.![]()
